KEVEO is an AI-powered movie and TV show recommendation platform. We help you discover content available on streaming services based on your mood, preferences, and viewing history. We do not host, stream, or provide access to any video content directly. All streaming is done through third-party services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of KEVEO, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
4. User Conduct
When using KEVEO, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits of the service
- Share your subscription access with others outside your household
5. Subscriptions and Payments
KEVEO offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free tier provides limited access to recommendation features
- Pro subscription unlocks unlimited searches and advanced features
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of KEVEO, including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by KEVEO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Movie and TV show information, posters, and metadata are provided by third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
KEVEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of streaming availability information (this may vary by region and change without notice)
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
- That recommendations will match your preferences or expectations
- The availability of any specific content on streaming platforms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEVEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KEVEO at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of KEVEO shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
